Libraries are important and treasured assets that benefit everyone in the community. We work with small and large libraries, creating and implementing realistic plans to help them grow. Community involvement is a hallmark of our service - because we know that an informed and involved community will invest in library expansion. We conduct needs assessments to shape planning for expanded or new facilities as well as feasibility studies to measure community awareness and support. We

conduct capital campaigns and guide millage campaigns to generate the funding necessary for library growth.
